Touch screens and cars the worst things that have ever been put in a car. They distract, they get horrid dirty finger marks all over them and down right dangerous taking you eyes off the road. Nowt wrong with a button.

W124 was the perfect interior. My dad had one, absolute bottom of the range 200E but as a kid in the 1980s it was peak automotive luxury to me, when you could walk into a car showroom and be blown away by a 924 or Celica because your family car was a Maxi. Car showrooms are **** nowadays

I keep thinking about the RHD Mexico that's currently for sale at Duke Of London, can't afford it but it doesn't stop the daydreaming... ;)

They have a nice 1991 Range Rover Classic Vogue SE V8 Auto for 'only' £18,995 - don't love the colour, but definitely want one of these, especially at under £20k.

I recall my first trip in a 200E. It was a late W123 and I was driven around Germany by a colleague. What a contrast to the Fords and Vauxhalls I knew at the time. So solid, so quiet so smooth even at stellar 180kmh!
