Engine maybe?Clearly lots of love out there for these. Why were they so damned in the motoring press? Everyone wanted to love them but came away disappointed. The OP car looks gorgeous!

Yes it has the Alfa Workshop stroked 2.0 engine, and fast road setup. I went to see it there before buying. I'm V Tall and was surprised that I could fit in the seat tbh.... They are a nice friendly bunch there.
From what I read up there was a suspension mod offered by Alfa on the early cars that addressed the tramlining on UK roads, which then became standard setup.

Apparently it now has power to weight ratio of 460hp per/ton, with 600NM of Torques on tap from 2k RPM... A beastThe Alfa Workshop kids make the 4C the car it always should have been. Really does transform the drive. Great little car.
