    Nope. The original X-pipe has a 'resonator' which is effectively a silencer. I *think* GS or some QPs (dunno where that I got that idea) may have no resonator on the X-pipe, but I could well be wrong. <edit> According to Eurospares at least some of the GS came with a resonator on the X-pipe...

    Well @Omar was on here on Thursday, so it's not impossible he'll reply :) The thing is because new plugs solved *his* misfire, doesn't mean it'll solve yours. Having said that, I'd be a bit surprised if you had coils failing after 3 years. Swapping plugs with cylinders that are not misfiring...

    Welcome *Personally* I'd try swapping coils from 5 7 and 8 to another 3 cylinders that are not misfiring and see if the misfire moves. If not, repeat with plugs. But that's me. C
