Given that the car in question was made in 2015 and this car was built in 2014, I’m going to say no, it isn’t.

For me, it’s injectors. It will make that noise all the time it is running.

My point is that the injectors make that noise all of the time, not just when the engine is cold.

You can hear them all of the time, but perhaps you are just getting used to it.

11.6 is low ish, but you’d be seeing more than this if it was an issue. The light is coming on when the fault is active and going off when it clears. The code is then stored as an “absent” fault. The balance of probability is that it’s the sensor.
