I was told by one of the best maserati specialists not to press close the bonnet but let it drop evenly from about 20cms as pressing it will cause dents.

Replaced the rear track control arm bearings, fitted a new fuel cap retainer strap and touched up some rust spots on the driveshafts

IMHO don't bother with a cover, car has to be scrupulous clean before you put it on, and they can damage paintwork ( did on mine)

Took her to a new years day meet in Sturminster Newton, all sorts there and then a drive through the Dorset countryside to Henstridge airfield, but as we didn't find out a out it till yesterday we were a bit late, but still nice to get her out while no salt on roads.
