Nope. The original X-pipe has a 'resonator' which is effectively a silencer. I *think* GS or some QPs (dunno where that I got that idea) may have no resonator on the X-pipe, but I could well be wrong. <edit> According to Eurospares at least some of the GS came with a resonator on the X-pipe...

It's a way of telling all the modules to talk to each other. This is going to be tricky. Was the socket working with the old body ECU? In honesty I think you will need a professional for this C
